We offer degree-completion bachelor’s degree programs that can save you on tuition and fees in Lincroft, New Jersey.

GCU at Brookdale, located at Brookdale’s Lincroft Campus, offers bachelor’s degree-completion programs in business administration, English, health profession studies, interdisciplinary studies, psychology, RN to B.S.N.,  social work, as well as a teacher certification program.  Students who complete an appropriate associate degree and follow the Brookdale Community College–Georgian Court University degree plan have a seamless transfer to a bachelor’s degree program.

GCU offers a streamlined enrollment process. We require only:

  1. A completed application
  2. Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges/universities (or high school for those with less than 24 credits)*

*Please note that students may apply ─ and be conditionally accepted ─ using their unofficial transcripts. Official transcripts can be provided prior to matriculation.

Undergraduate tuition is just $605 per credit. Students enrolling at Brookdale are encouraged to complete a minimum 12 credits per term; therefore estimated annual tuition is $14,520. Full time or part time study may be an option, depending on program and course availability.

The tuition for GCU@Brookdale is deeply discounted, but you may still be be eligible for opportunities to defray the cost of college, including:

In-person coursework takes place at Brookdale’s main campus, at 765 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, NJ, 07738, which is close to Exit 109 off the Garden State Parkway. There is ample parking.  In addition to teaching courses here, GCU has an office, which is staffed on a part-time basis.

Advisors are based on academic programs.

Program information sheets for each program list admission requirements for the Georgian Court University part of the bachelor’s degree program, explain the Brookdale-GCU dual admissions option, describe the GCU part of the bachelor’s degree including a sample semester by semester sequence of courses, and provide advising notes/reminders that will be helpful for both students and advisors.  Years 1+2 Sequences list the suggested semester by semester course sequences for students’ first two years (associate degree) at Brookdale as listed in Brookdale’s catalog.  Years 3+4 Sequences list the suggested semester by semester course sequences for years 3 and 4 (plus year 5 for teacher certification) for traditional (2+2) transfer (2+3 for teacher certification) program options for GCU-Brookdale and GCU-Lakewood. Degree plans are tables listing course requirements for the GCU bachelor’s degree in one column, and which Brookdale courses meet which requirements in another column. After enrolling at GCU, students will receive a registrar-issued personalized degree progress chart that lists their specific degree requirements based on their own transcripts from all institutions attended.

Deposit Deadline Extended to June 1

Georgian Court University has extended the deposit deadline to June 1 in response to the U.S. Department of Education announcement concerning delayed data availability from the revised Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Click here for more information about the deposit extension.
