Applied Arts & Sciences

Leverage your occupational or technical credits into a B.A. in Applied Arts and Sciences from Georgian Court University. This program allows you to transfer and apply 30 to 48 of your occupational or technical credits toward a bachelor’s degree.

This program’s flexibility and excellence provides you with the academic training, intellectual skills, and liberal-arts-based education you need to advance your career in a way you might not have thought possible. It’s also possible to transfer up to 90 credits total (no more than 75 can come from two-year institutions), and earn this degree in as little as 30 credits from GCU.

You’ll graduate with the foundational degree that can propel you into a wide range of careers.

Program

To earn a B.A. in Applied Arts and Sciences, you must successfully complete at least 120 credits, including:

  • General Education courses
  • 30 credits at the 300 or 400 level:
    • Focus area courses (choose one; 18 credits)
    • Additional courses (in one or two other disciplines; 12 credits)
