Admissions: Undergrad: Campus Visit

Campus Tours

Prospective students and families are invited to tour our historic, 156-acre campus and learn about the personalized educational experience Georgian Court has to offer. Tours are offered Monday – Friday and selected Saturdays throughout the year. Please click here to schedule your campus tour.

Group tours are welcome on Fridays and require one week notice. Please contact us to schedule your group at 732.987.2700.

Open House

Open House at Georgian Court University provides students and parents with a complete introduction to the university, the admissions process, financial aid, academic programs, and student and campus life. Open House will also give you an opportunity to meet with campus administrators, faculty, current students, and admissions counselors. You'll also be guided on a tour of our beautiful, historic Lakewood campus. View the Open House Agenda

Freshmen Instant Decision Days

Sometimes the hardest part is waiting. With Instant Decision Days, you can find out if you're accepted before dinner. Admissions counselors kick the day off with an overview of Georgian Court University and answers to your questions. After you hand in your complete application packet, you'll join current GCU students for a tour of the campus and be our guest for lunch in the Dining Hall. While you're on the tour, admissions staff will review your application and determine your eligibility for any academic scholarships. Upon your return from lunch, you'll meet one-on-one with an admissions counselor to discuss your application.

Admissions Criteria:

  • Completed Georgian Court University Application
  • Official high school transcripts in a sealed envelope
  • List of 12th-grade courses for fall and spring
  • SAT/ACT scores
  • Two Letters of recommendation
  • Essay
  • As our special guest on this day, we will waive your application fee; saving you $40!

Accepted Students Academic Preview Days

Now that you have been accepted to Georgian Court, it is time to discover how you will pursue your dreams at GCU.

During the spring semester Accepted Students are invited to attend Academic Preview Days. You'll have the opportunity to meet our faculty and current students, experience first-hand what it’s like to be a GCU student, learn about academic opportunities outside of the classroom, take a campus tour and have lunch or dinner in the Raymond Hall Dining Room.

They can answer your questions, help with forms and applications, and provide all the guidance you need to begin the admissions process. Our staff of trained admissions counselors will give you the help you need with financial aid forms, course selection, or with finding just the right schedule for your busy life.
