Accessing E-Bills

Go to GCU Web page at www.georgian.edu

Click on link to "Registrar" or "IT Services/Mail".

Drop down to "Self-Service Information".

Click on "Use Self-Service".

Log in with your GCU ID and password.

Click on the "Finance" tab.

On this page, you can select "View Balance", "Statements", "Financial Aid" and "Make a Payment".

If you are making a payment, you will automatically be directed to the CASHNet Web site. CASHNet is the vendor utilized by Georgian Court University that enables students to pay account balances online either by credit card or e-check.

To view your e-bill, click on “VIEW” under the section entitled “YOUR BILLS”.

To make a payment, click on “CLICK HERE TO MAKE A PAYMENT” under the section entitled “YOUR ACCOUNT”.

Click on “ACCOUNT BALANCE”. If you need to change the amount you are paying, you can do so by just changing the amount.

To PAY for this item, click on “ADD TO SHOPPING CART”.

Proceed to “CHECKOUT”.

You will then select your method of payment:

  • CREDIT CARD METHOD: If choosing to pay by credit card please note that Georgian Court University does not accept VISA debit or credit cards. Additionally, CASHNet will assess a 2.75% service fee of the amount being charged. CASHNet will inform you of the total fee prior to completion of the transaction. In the event you choose not to pay with your credit card, you may “CANCEL MY TRANSACTION”, otherwise click on “ACKNOWLEDGEMENT” and “CONTINUE CHECKOUT”. At this time you will need to enter your credit card information and “CONTINUE CHECKOUT”. Lastly, you will review your order and then process. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your payment.

  • ELECTRONIC CHECK: There is no service fee to use this form of payment. Click on “ELECTRONIC CHECK” and then “CONTINUE CHECKOUT”. You will then need to enter your routing and checking account information. Then you will click on “CONTINUE CHECKOUT”. Lastly, you will review your order and then process. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your payment.

Both methods of payment are reflected immediately on your student account.

If you choose to authorize a parent or guardian to be able to access your billing information, you will need to click on “ADD NEW” under “PARENT PINS” and set up a log-in and pin number for this person. Each authorized person will have access to log in and receive an e-mail notification when a new e-bill is generated.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT E-BILLING WILL TAKE EFFECT IN THE FALL 2010 SEMESTER. PAPER BILLS WILL NO LONGER BE MAILED TO THE STUDENT’S HOME. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP YOUR SELF SERVICE INFORMATION CURRENT AS WELL AS MAKING CERTAIN THAT YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
