GCU's Evening Programs (formerly known as University College) are designed for nontraditional students of all ages, whether you're a high school student taking college courses to get ahead, a Communiversity student taking classes in the evening, a graduate or postbaccalaureate certification student, or a student earning an undergraduate degree on our Lakewood campus during the evening to accommodate your work schedule. Why Students Choose Evening Programs at Georgian Court University

  1. Transfer-Friendly. GCU accepts up to 75 credits from accredited two-year colleges and up to 90 credits from all accredited sources. Up to 30 transfer credits can be earned through testing, such as CLEP and DANTES exams.
      
  2. Credits for Prior Learning. Students can earn up to 30 credits for prior learning through Georgian Court-graded challenge exams and portfolios-use what you've learned in the real world and on the job to get your degree faster!
      
  3. Flexible and Convenient. Classroom courses are offered in the evening after the traditional workday, and online and hybrid courses are also available.
