Application Requirements
Applicants for the TLC program must first be accepted for admission to Georgian Court University. All applications must meet the following admissions requirements.
Freshman Applicants:
Transfer Applicants:
Transfer students are accepted into the freshmen, sophomore, and junior classes. All students must be in good academic standing in their former college. Applicants with fewer than 24 credits must fulfill all requirements for admission to the freshmen class.
Adult and International Applicants:
Please contact the Admissions office for requirements.
Documentation Requirements
Students must also submit appropriate documentation to the director of the TLC program. Documentation of a disability should be provided by a professional diagnostician (e.g., licensed educational specialist, clinical psychologist MD, etc.) and should be current. Documentation must include:
- Testing results (including subtest scores)
- Summary of the findings with a clear statement of the disability
- Recommendations of appropriate accommodations
After review of all appropriate documentation, students are informed of appropriate and reasonable accommodations that Georgian Court University can provide to assist them.
All applicants must have a personal interview with the director of The Learning Center.
