PERIODICAL Interlibrary Loan Request Form

Before you submit the request, please search the library Journal List to make sure the library
doesn't own this article.

GCU pays the cost of borrowing articles, up to $20.00. If your request
incurs a charge above $20, please indicate below how much you are willing to pay**.
When the GCU library does not own the book or periodical that you are requesting,
the library will try to obtain it from another library. The turn around time for this
process can range anywhere from 24 hours to a maximum of 5 weeks. Once your
ILL (Inter-Library Loan) has been processed you will receive an email confirmation
and your account will be charged $1.00 for each article. Once the ILL has been
filled and received by the ILL department, you will be informed via email that your
ILL is ready to be picked up.
