Art Resource Guide
There are many resources in the library which will provide information on this topic. The purpose of this Subject Guide is to give you some suggestions for getting started. Online Library Catalog
The Library Catalog lists the books, maps, audiovisual materials & periodical titles in the university library. Some possible ways to search for materials in art would be:
Name of a particular artist MICHELANGELO, VAN GOGH
Term for group of artists WOMEN ARTISTS, FRENCH PAINTERS
Term for artistic movement or period IMPRESSIONISM, MEDIEVAL ART
Term for type of art work SCULPTURE, PAINTING
Use Complex Search for more options, like searching for the Item Type video.
Indexes/Databases
Searching by topic in these indexes will give you a list of articles. Many articles will be full text. These databases are available from on or off campus.

Project Muse
If an article is not full text, click on "Find Full Text" to see if GCU owns the journal electronically in another database or in print/fiche/film in the library.
