Tenor Steven Williamson holds a Masters Degree in Voice Performance and Pedagogy from Westminster Choir College of Rider University in Princeton, New Jersey, and a Bachelors Degree in Music from the University of Richmond in Virginia. He has appeared on stage as Rodolfo in La Bohème, Romeo in Romeo et Juliétte, Ferrando in Cosi fan tutte, Lysander in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Jean in Herodiade, and as Don José and Raimondado in Carmen. He has performed in the choruses of Opera New Jersey, Spoleto Festival, USA, and the Festival Due Monde in Spoleto, Italy. He currently sings in the chorus of The Opera Company of Philadelphia, with The Crossing Choir, The Philadelphia Singers, and The Mendelssohn Club. Mr. Williamson is the director of Court Singers, and is also one of the voice instructors for the music program at GCU.
