GCU at Woodbridge to Hold Fall Information Sessions
Woodbridge, N.J., Aug. 29, 2008—Georgian Court University at Woodbridge will hold information sessions for prospective students on the following Thursdays: September 18, October 16, November 13, and December 11. Busy working adults who want to advance their careers through accelerated or advanced degree programs in business and education are invited to attend. The sessions will be held from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the GCU at Woodbridge site at 90 Woodbridge Center Drive, Suite 310.
During each session, advisers will explain the programs offered, provide information on ways to pay for your classes, offer online registration for the classes of your choice, and describe courses you will need to complete your degree.
GCU at Woodbridge offers the following programs:
- Accelerated B.S. in Business Administration
Classes are offered in 7.5-week sessions meeting once a week in the evening for 2.5 hours. With two 7.5-week sessions offered each semester and a total of six 7.5-week sessions per year, students move quickly toward the completion of a degree.
- Postbaccalaureate 9-month Teaching Certificate
Offered in conjunction with local school districts, attend classes Monday through Thursday and spend Fridays in a district classroom.
- M.A. in Education, Selected Strand or M.A. in Administration and Leadership
Attend evening classes for these master's degree programs for certified teachers who want to focus on a particular curricular area or to become a supervisor or principal.
- Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA)
Earn your EMBA in two years by attending three Fridays and three Saturdays per semester from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., three times a year.
