GCU Chorale to “Deck the Halls” at Annual Christmas Concert
Lakewood, N.J., Nov. 19, 2008—On Saturday, December 6, the talented Georgian Court University Chorale will present their annual Christmas concert at 7:30 p.m. in the Dorothy Marron University Community Chapel on the Lakewood campus. Get in the spirit of the season as you listen to a variety of traditional holiday classics, as well as personal holiday favorites, from this diverse group of singers.
The GCU Chorale features singers aged from 15 years to 78 years, and is composed of members of the Georgian Court community and neighboring townships. The planned selections for the evening include “Deck the Halls,” Noël Nouvelet,” “Jingle Bell Rock,” and “Midwinter’s Chill,” as well as many others.
Tickets are $10 for general admission, $5 for seniors and non-GCU students, and free for members of the GCU community with I.D. Reservations are required only for groups of eight or more. For further information and tickets, please contact the Department of Music at 732.987.2624.
