Add/Drop Deadlines (see schedule below)
NOTE: Students may add/drop courses online until 11:59pm of the Last Day to Add/Drop Online date listed below for the term. Any course dropped online by 11:59pm of the Last Day to Add/Drop Online will not appear on the transcript.
Students may continue to drop courses via a Paper Registration form in the Registrar's Office by the close of business on the Last Day to Drop by Paper Form Date.
Withdraw Deadlines* (see schedule below)
NOTE: Students who wish to withdraw from a class (completed after the Drop/Add Date) between the third and fourteenth week of either the fall/spring semester will receive a grade of “W” on their record. Student have to the close of business day to complete and submit a Grade of “W” form to the Registrar’s Office. Students who receive a grade of "W" are financially responsible for the course.
*Nonattendance or verbal notification does not constitute an official withdrawal from a course.
NOTE: Completed Requests for Incomplete Forms are due before the final assessment begins for that course (should be sent to the Registrar's Office by that time).
Official application for graduation must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar by the appropriate due date. Undergraduate students must have successfully completed a minimum of 80 credits (under new general education requirements) or 90 credits (under old general education requirements) before an application will be accepted.
The Office of the Registrar recommends that students submit an Application for Graduation two semesters prior to the anticipated graduation date in order to ensure all requirements are being properly completed. The Priority Due Dates are as follows:
- July 1 for May graduation
- February 1 for August graduation
- May 1 for December graduation
An Application for Graduation may be submitted after the Priority Due Date for a limited time. The Final Deadline Dates are as follows:
- February 1 for May graduation
- June 1 for August graduation
- October 1 for December graduation
A late fee is applied to all applications submitted once a graduating semester has begun. Graduation applications will not be accepted if received after the final deadline.
