Information Technology

This area includes User Services (Formally Help Desk), Telecommunications, Network Operations and Administrative Computing. Information Technology Services provides general-access computing and communications facilities for students, faculty and the entire University community.

Our mission is to provide a single point of contact for the GCU community. We strive to empower our users with prompt, courteous and accurate technical support while upholding the computer policies and procedures of Georgian Court University. 

Instructional Technology

This area includes distance learning and online course management (Blackboard), faculty and staff development, classroom technology and audiovisual services.

Our mission is to promote student success by supporting the faculty and staff of GCU in the effective application of appropriate instructional technologies to the teaching and learning process.
