International Grief Council’s Healing Holiday Grief

Lo Anne Mayer and Uma Girish, co-founders of the International Grief Council will present workshop for those who have lost loved-ones and find the holidays hard to bear. Both Lo Anne and Uma have published books about their personal grief journeys and are international speakers and workshop leaders. You are invited to spend the day learning how to respect and calm your emotions, as well as how to use transpersonal journaling to heal your broken heart.
