In the beginning it was really, really difficult, but as I came out of my shell, I found support in reaching out to people on campus and building relationships. I joined in group texts, chats about homework and labs, and carpooled to clinicals at the local hospital. Although all of us in the nursing program had different struggles, we learned to support each other. That’s what carried me through: I met people who made me believe in myself.
Enroll in your classes and build your schedule. Use the links below to walk you through the steps to build your fall semester class schedule.
First, gather all the things you need in order to complete this process. You will need the placement letter from the Office of Student Success, your student ID number as listed on that letter, your Social Security number, and your full date of birth.
Then, click on the first tab, “Selecting My Courses,” and move through each tab, reading and taking notes about which courses you believe you should take. Finish with the “Registering through Self-Service” tab to begin the work of building your class schedule and registering for classes.
