Request a Transcript
Georgian Court University partners with the National Student Clearinghouse to process official transcript requests securely and efficiently.
Order Your Transcript Online
Before You Order
Payment is required at the time of your request. Transcript orders cannot be processed over the phone or by fax — all requests go through the online ordering system.
Processing time: Most transcript requests are processed within 24 hours of the National Student Clearinghouse receiving your order, not counting weekends or holidays.
Signature requirement: Under FERPA, GCU requires your signature (electronic, through the Clearinghouse system) authorizing release of your transcript — we can't release your record to anyone, including you, without that authorization.
If someone else is picking up your transcript in person, they'll need a signed authorization from you, along with valid photo identification.
Holds on your account (such as an outstanding balance) may prevent your transcript from being released. Contact Student Accounts if you're not sure whether you have a hold.
