GCU runs several sessions across the academic year — the main 14-week fall/spring semester, plus shorter 7-week, 10-week, and summer sessions, each with its own add/drop and withdrawal deadlines. Deadlines are published for every session before it begins and are subject to change without notice.

Graduation Application Deadlines
Students must submit an Application for Graduation by:
- February 1 for May graduation
- June 1 for August graduation
- October 1 for December graduation
Course Schedule Publication
New course schedules are made public roughly a month after faculty course submissions are finalized each term — check Self-Service for the most current schedule as soon as it's published for your upcoming term.
