Management, Minor

Management is about getting things done through people and systems — and GCU's Management minor gives you the organizational theory, communication skills, and operational knowledge to do it effectively. An excellent complement for any major planning to work in corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, or government settings where managing teams and operations is part of the job.

Program overview

The Management minor provides a practical grounding in organizational management theory, communication, e-commerce, human resources, and operations — building the applied business skills that are valuable in any organizational context. It’s particularly useful for students in health sciences, social work, exercise science, and other non-business fields who will be managing programs, teams, or organizations in their careers.
