Have you noticed you need more vitality or energy to get through the day? Tai Chi and Qigong are gentle physical, mental and spiritual practice that anyone can learn. Come join our session led by Dr. Sachiko Komagata at Georgian Court University. No prior experience is necessary. Regardless of your current physical status, you will experience the immediate benefit of becoming more aware of your body, breath, and mind. Please dress comfortably in layers with comfortable shoes. We may start indoor, but we may practice outdoor if all conditions are optimal.
