Georgian Court is conducting in-person classes as scheduled. Following CDC guidance, face coverings are required indoors and health precautions are in place in terms of cleaning and ventilation. Beginning in the Fall 2021 semester, COVID-19 vaccinations will be required for resident students before check-in and all other students are required to be vaccinated by October 1, 2021. All faculty and staff are strongly advised to get vaccinated.

Completing your degree this year?

Now is the time to apply for graduation audit. All students must have a degree audit completed for their degree to be conferred regardless of intention to participate in the Commencement ceremony.
After application completion, you will receive confirmation that you have successfully submitted your online graduation application and an audit will be prepared by our office and e-mailed to you.
Students should consult the university’s Commencement web page in March prior to Commencement for the current policy regarding participation in the GCU Commencement ceremony.

The Application for Graduation (completion of degree) is now online in Self-Service under Student Links. Please be advised of the deadlines:

A $55.00 late fee is applied to all graduation applications submitted once a graduating semester has begun. Graduation applications are not permitted past the last day to submit.

The Office of the Registrar handles student records, course registration and alterations, and graduation requirements. Many administrative tasks can be completed online using the Self-Service system, or by submitting forms available online.
