Stephanie Delmanto, RYT200
Stephanie Delmanto has been practicing yoga since 1992 and became a certified yoga instructor in 2001. She later earned certifications in Reiki, Holistic Nutrition Coaching, and Qi Gong. She is the owner of Sanctuary Yoga and Meditation in Toms River, New Jersey.

Harmonizing Within: The Art and Practice of Qi Gong
Explore the connection between mind, body, and universal energy through mindful movement, breath regulation, and visualization. Participants will learn the core pillars of Qi Gong while practicing techniques to release stagnant energy and cultivate a balanced internal state. Perfect for anyone looking to deepen their mindfulness practice and develop self-healing skills.
Rachel Epstein
Rachel Epstein is a licensed Food for Life Instructor with the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) and owner of Plant Based Jersey Shore. She is passionate about helping others improve their health through plant-based nutrition, cooking education, and healthy living.

Discover how simple, low-fat plant-based meals can help improve your overall health. Based on the Food for Life program from the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine, this interactive session includes practical nutrition tips, myth-busting, and an easy cooking demonstration to help you get started.
Regina Rosenthal, PT, MA, RYT200
Regina Rosenthal is a physical therapist, teacher, author, yoga and qigong instructor, and health coach with more than forty years of experience in the healing arts. She has presented nationally and internationally and is an Advanced Practitioner and Instructor for Insight Acupressure.
Session
Process Acupressure: Connecting with Your Internal GPS (The Healer Within)
Learn practical self-care techniques that promote relaxation and strengthen your connection with your inner wisdom. Participants will use an Awareness Journal and practice a simple seated acupressure routine that supports physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The self-care routine can be completed in approximately 20 minutes and practiced at home.
