Retreat Guide Bios
Deborah Kehoe
Deborah is an English, and special education teacher, slowly pursuing her Masters in Integrative Health at Georgian Court University. She is also a certified teacher/facilitator of Mindfulness, Sound Therapy/Healing, a Remo Drum and Healing Rhythm Facilitator, Qoya, Qi Gong and a Feng Shui consultant. In her community programs she invites participants to combine music, mindfulness, and movement experiences to establish and deepen connection with ourselves and each other toward optimal wellness. She is an angel/ancestor card reader, a Reiki Master/Teacher, a level two Aromatherapist, Nature advocate especially for Trees and a Shamanic practitioner. Deborah enjoys spending time relaxing in nature.
Siobhan Hutchinson, MA
Siobhan created Next Step Strategies to educate and encourage individuals to discover their body's natural healing ability. Clients report experiencing increased range of motion, balance, relaxation, reduced stress, and an overall sense of well- being. Along with holding a Master’s Degree in Holistic Health, Siobhan is an accredited T’ai Chi Chih®, Seijaku, Guigen Qigong, Reiki Master/Teacher, Medicinal Aromatherapist, and Certified Clinical Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner. The United Fellowship of Martial Artists awarded her Holistic Healing Artist & Qigong Master. She has studied in China and continues her studies with a variety of holistic practitioners. Gina Cannone, M.Ht., RMT., CHth.LC
Gina Cannone is an Author, Intuitive, Board Certified Clinical & Spiritual Hypnotherapist, EMDR Facilitator, Life Coach, Instructor, Speaker, and Reiki Master. She currently has a holistic practice that offers these modalities. Gina also works with health care professionals, providing adjuvant therapy. She offers wellness seminars and workshops on Life Coaching, Spirituality, Holistic Healing, and Intuitive Guidance. Gina is an Author of three books. All are based on true-life events and experiences. “IT’S TIME TO BELIEVE”, “AUTOMATIC TRANCE WRITING” and her most recent launch in 2020, “FINDING YOUR WAY.” She has been a radio host and a featured guest on a multitude of media platforms including IHeart Radio, WBNTV, NY News 1 and many others. She received a Fine Arts degree from Fashion Institute of Technology, New York, NY. Presently, teaches art classes and exhibits in New Jersey Gallery. She is also an accomplished pianist. She is known as a true renaissance woman.

10:10-11:20am | Qigong & Energy Medicine with Siobhan Hutchinson Tapping into your body’s natural ability to heal is easy, effective, and fun. This very interactive workshop will give you a variety of methods to use right away. Using a mixture of Qigong and Energy Medicine techniques, experience the calming yet revitalizing effects of these holistic practices. Please bring a metal spoon, a hairbrush, and a sense of humor. Wear comfortable clothing to move in and flat shoes. |
11:30-12:40pm | Spiritual Awakening & Higher Consciousness with Gina Cannone Learn how to make dramatic improvement and positive changes in your life. Create and live the life you want. Feel in control, purposeful and fulfilled, manifest abundance, and create a soulful fulfilling life. Discover and learn about 3rd, 4th and 5th dimension of consciousness and how to transcend levels. |

1:40-2:50pm | Sound as Medicine with Deborah Kehoe Through interactive group drumming and passive sound vibration frequency absorption from an array of healing instruments you (participants) will experience the magic of sound which can bring us enhanced wellness on all levels. A brief powerpoint presentation about drumming will be followed by drum circle, and the sound bath. A Q & A and instrument hands-on experience will follow. |
