On Campus: Walking for Physical and Spiritual Health

Join us for a walk on our beautiful historic campus for physical and spiritual health. As you enjoy the picturesque natural beauty of the campus Dr. Joshua Burns will lead us in a discussion of the physiological changes that benefit the body from walking and applying walking as a meditative practice. Dr. Burns is our resident expert, Assistant Professor in the Department of Integrative Health, and Exercise Science. Wear comfortable walking shoes and appropriate outerwear. Register to attend.
