  • Local Food Market & Shopping
  • Interactive Workshop

Thursday, May 1st 2:00–3:30pm on campus

  • Nepalese Cooking Class

Thursday, May 1st 9:15–11:15pm virtual

  • Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple)
  • Kathmandu Durbar Square

Cost & Enrollment

  • Free to students in GS200 – Global Perspectives of Diversity (Spring 2nd session, 1 credit course)
  • $65 program fee for all other students and community members
  • Open to GCU alumni, faculty, staff, and administration after March 1st
  • Priority is given to students and virtual seats are limited!

Application Process

  • Application will open for students. Please apply on Blackboard under the Global Education organization – see “Application Process” and apply under “Nepal Virtual Program” (please see Getting Started for details on how to join the Blackboard organization)
  • You will receive a confirmation within 3 days confirming your acceptance to the program
  • Application for GCU alumni, staff, faculty, and administration can be found here
