Georgian Court Volleyball Champs Head to NCAA Tourney

The Georgian Court University Lions collected the sixth Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference women’s volleyball championship in program history (and first since 2013) as the top-seed Lions dismissed reigning-champion Holy Family University, 3-1, Sunday afternoon in the HFU Campus Center in Philadelphia.

The Lions, led by Head Coach Dan Sempkowski, are now headed to the NCAA Division II Championship Tournament as Georgian Court (6^th seed) travels to Rockville Centre, New York, next Thursday, December 5, to take on the University of Bridgeport (3^rd seed) in the first round (hosted by Molloy College).

*Georgian Court University’s volleyball team secured a spot on the NCAA DII championship bracket with their recent win over Holy Family.*
