Elizabeth Tomasulo, Psy.D.

Elizabeth Tomasulo, Psy.D., Consultant for the GCU Community Provider Partnership Grant

Elizabeth Tomasulo is a New Jersey-licensed psychologist (#6007). She has experience working with a diverse college-aged population since 2012. Previously, Dr. Tomasulo had been a full-time counselor in the Counseling Center and in 2022 shifted her role to part-time to provide grant consultation services. Currently, Dr. Tomasulo has taken on the role of consultant for the GCU Community Provider Partnership Grant. Under this position, Dr. Tomasulo will act as a member of the JED Task Force and will work in conjunction with the Counseling Center to assist in the implementation of the JED Foundation program aimed at supporting student mental health and well-being. In addition to providing consultation services to the Counseling Center, Dr. Tomasulo is an adjunct instructor in the Department of Psychology and Counseling at Georgian Court University. Dr. Tomasulo is a member of the American Psychological Association, New Jersey Psychological Association, and the New Jersey College Counseling Association.

Linda Bass, MA, LPC

Linda Bass, MA, LPC, Counseling Center Therapist

Linda Bass is a Licensed Professional Counselor who joined the staff at Georgian Court University Counseling Center in August 2021 and currently serves as a Staff Therapist. Ms. Bass completed her bachelor’s degree at Georgian Court University in Psychology and completed her master’s degree in Counseling at Rider University.

Prior to coming to GCU, Ms. Bass has worked in various settings, including psychiatric emergency rooms, outpatient mental health clinics, and outreach in the community for over 40 years. She has a strong interest and background in crisis management and intervention, including trauma-focused treatment with individuals and families. Ms. Bass incorporates psychodynamic approaches, and client centered strategies, as well as crisis managements skills. Ms. Bass has worked with a variety of age groups and particularly enjoys working with college-aged individuals.

Ms. Bass enjoys swimming, going to the beach, the theater, as well as art museums, and traveling.

Erin White, LCSW

Erin White, LCSW, Staff Therapist

Erin White is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who joined the Georgian Court University Counseling Center staff in October 2025. She currently works as a Staff Therapist. Miss White completed her bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Georgian Court University and her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work Practice with Families and Children at Monmouth University.

Prior to joining GCU, Miss White worked in various mental health settings including a trauma-focused intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization program, as well as private practice with adolescents and adults of all ages. Miss White has a strong background in trauma work and anxiety management. She approaches clinical work primarily with a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy approach while incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems. Miss White is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.

Miss White enjoys reading as well as spending time with her friends and family.

Jeannette Orlando

Jeannette Orlando, Counseling Center Case Manager

Jeannette Orlando serves as the Case Manager in the Counseling Center at Georgian Court University. Since joining GCU in August 2021, she has contributed to the university’s mental health and wellness initiatives through her leadership as Co-Lead of the JED Task Force and participation on the Behavioral Awareness Committee. In her role, she coordinates front office operations, supports clinical services, and manages a developing partnership with a local hospital network to expand psychiatry resources for students.

Currently pursuing studies in Social Work, Jeannette is passionate about fostering well-being and resilience within higher education communities. Her experience in coordinating care, connecting individuals to resources, and supporting families through developmental and relationship-based interventions has shaped her person-centered approach to student support.

Outside of her professional work, Jeannette enjoys gardening, sewing, and crafting.
