On Campus: Shinrinyoku (forest bathing)

Please join our shinrinyoku (forest bathing) at Georgian Court University’s beautiful arboretum. Unlike a garden tour where the plants and trees are identified/explained, we will breathe the fresh air open our all our sensory capacities, and be with the nature. You may be amazed to learn this simple practice that can facilitate relaxation and promote a sense of overall well-being. We will meet on Mercedes Porch. Register for this event.
