Take a walk—with Georgian Court University
The university community and members of the general public are invited to Stroll for Connection, a free, public walking event on Georgian Court University’s historic Lakewood campus.
This program, developed by the GCU Department of Integrative Health and Exercise Science, connects older and younger people for a healthy, outdoor stroll across GCU’s 150-acre campus. The university grounds are known for stunning beauty and friendly walking paths. Participants will walk at their own pace, get to know each other, and enjoy a light lunch at the end of the event.
Stroll for Connection is associated with the current GCU research project “Intergenerational Healing Program Feasibility and Program Development in Ocean County.”
Space is limited for this free event. RSVP by email or by calling 732-987-2663. For more information, contact Dr. Sachiko Komagata.
