Any marketing collateral should be produced through the Office of Marketing and Communications, including brochures, flyers, forms, and applications.
How do I start?
Initiate a request by completing a Design Production Request Form. Submit this form as early as possible to help plan your project’s timeline and budget up front, and so we know what’s needed from the start. We recommend a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the date you want the final printed piece in your hands.
What Happens Next?
Once your request is approved it goes into our production schedule. We’ll contact you with a target date for the first draft, as well as any questions.
I received my first/second draft – what do I do?
You should look for any and all errors in information accuracy, spelling, and grammar. Check titles, dates, and contact information carefully. Take a look at the overall design of the piece – this is the time to speak up if you feel an aspect of the design doesn’t suit your needs, or accurately represents your program.
In the second draft make sure all of the requested edits were done correctly, and no new edits are needed. Then respond to us with “okay to proceed to print”.
