Digital Sign Request

Please use this form to request an announcement or graphic for display on Georgian Court University’s electronic sign. All submissions must adhere to university brand guidelines and digital sign specifications.

Because space on the sign is limited, all requests are subject to approval by the Office of Marketing & Communications and the Office of Student Life.

Please submit your request at least three weeks in advance if PSC is designing the graphic, or two weeks in advance if you are submitting your own artwork.

Please review the required specs before submitting artwork or a request:

• Size: 576 × 192 pixels
• File Size: Up to 2 GB
• Font Size: Minimum 12 pt
• Capital Letters: Preferred for readability
• Background: No transparent backgrounds; must use white or another solid color (otherwise defaults to black)
• Quantity: Multiple messages can run, but best practice is no more than four at a time
• Timeline for Requests: PSC-designed graphics, three weeks’ notice; providing your own artwork, two weeks’ notice for review and approval for brand adherence
