Justin G. Roy is the new dean of admissions at Georgian Court University where he will oversee enrollment management, one of the most critical areas of the university’s operations. Mr. Roy, formerly vice president of enrollment and marketing at William Peace University in Raleigh, North Carolina, brings to GCU extensive experience in recruitment, marketing, operations planning, and business development.

Another set of value-added rankings, published 10/29 by The Economist, places GCU at #119 among 1,275 schools reviewed using federal scorecard data. Their finding—the expected median earning for a GCU graduate a decade after college was $41,012, but the actual median earnings were closer to $45,700, nearly $4,700 over expectations.

Georgian Court University's graduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) recently hosted Dr. Kenneth Silverman, a noted ABA expert and innovative researcher at Johns Hopkins University. The focus on Dr. Silverman's presentation was the therapeutic workplace, a unique approach to employing and assisting individuals struggling with problems related to poverty, drug addiction, and a lack of education.
