Experienced nurses looking to complete their bachelor’s degree have a new, convenient, affordable option through Georgian Court University, beginning in September 2018. That’s when Georgian Court’s RN to B.S.N. degree program launches at GCU@Hazlet as part of the university’s partnership with Brookdale Community College in Hazlet, New Jersey.
RN to B.S.N. Degree Helps Meet Demand
Nursing continues to be listed among the top occupations in terms of job growth. GCU’s nursing program is designed to address the current and future nursing demands in New Jersey and throughout the nation, and having a B.S.N. degree offers opportunities to be on the fast track to advanced career opportunities. Those pursuing their RN to B.S.N. degree with Georgian Court have the additional advantage of learning from expert faculty in the GCU-Hackensack Meridian Health School of Nursing.
“Over the past year, Georgian Court University has seen a high demand for an RN to B.S.N. degree,” explains Justin G. Roy, GCU dean of admissions. “With this degree from GCU@Hazlet, students will be introduced to a wide range of competencies that will afford them the unique ability to effect wide-reaching changes in the health care system. The possibilities are endless.”
“We are following our DEGREE UP! model of being affordable, convenient, and transfer-friendly while we expand possibilities beyond our Lakewood campus,” adds GCU President Joseph R. Marbach. Ph.D.
