New Student Orientation

We are excited that you have chosen to become a part of our dynamic community!
New Student & Transfer Orientation is a required program for all new students. During New Student & Transfer Orientation, you will receive all the information you need to make a seamless transition to GCU as well as get to know your fellow students.

All new resident students will receive their housing and roommate assignments from the Office of Residence Life prior to arrival on campus. Please contact the Office of Residence Life at 732-987-2533 if you do not receive this information prior to move-in.

During Orientation, we invite you to call the campus home while you establish new friendships, explore the beautiful grounds and buildings, enjoy Georgian Court hospitality, and most importantly, prepare yourself for the upcoming academic year. Attending Orientation is an important step in beginning your journey at Georgian Court. This exciting time is designed to help you:

gain a comprehensive understanding of what it means to be a college student,
get acquainted with your orientation leaders and classmates,
seek independence,
embark on new adventures,
build new relationships with peers, and
highlight your past successes while creating new ones.
