Virtual Integrative Health Webinar: Learn the Kanpumasatsu Technique

Good health and wellness is something everyone works toward achieving, but does not always have the time to implement those good habits. Join us and learn a technique called Kanpumasatsu. It is a method used to invigorate your lymphatic system and assist you relax anywhere you are in five minutes. Our esteemed faculty, Dr. Sachiko Komagata will be leading the webinar. She comes to us from our Department of Integrative Health & Exercise Science and is an Associate Professor of Integrative Health in the Hackensack Meridian Health School of Nursing and Wellness.
