Facilities Mailroom is located in the basement of St. Joseph’s Dorm. The mailroom can be accessed from the main first floor entrance or using the side door by the loading dock.

Campus (Employee) Package Delivery
When having a package sent to you at Georgian Court University, they should be directed to:

Receiving of Your Package
The mailroom closes at 3:30 pm, therefore any items received after 2:30 pm will be delivered on the next business day.
Let your carrier know that delivery hours are M-F, 7 am to 3:30 pm (No Weekend Deliveries)
Delivery of your Package
All packages that are received in the mailroom will be delivered to the individual by the campus mail carrier. Any packages received after 2:30 pm will be delivered the next business day
Student Mail Services
Student incoming lettered mail should be directed to:
- “Your Full Preferred Name”(as you indicated in the GCU portal)

- “Your Residence Building & Room #”

Student Lettered mail is separated by Mailroom personnel and then it is placed in the resident’s mailbox in the building that the student resides in.
Student package delivery is through the Facilities Mailroom.

- Once a package is received through our mail system, an e-mail will be sent to the student. (Do not solely rely on carrier emails.)
- If a package is missing, we will need your carrier & tracking number.
Amazon Lockers
Georgian Court University has added Amazon lockers to campus to make the process of receiving and retrieving packages more efficient for students.
Located in the Sister Mary Joseph Cunningham Library breezeway between the Library and Gavin Lounge. The lockers will provide Amazon customers with the option to pick up their packages at a secure, self-service kiosks at no additional cost. You will have access to your package 7 days a week from 7 am to 11 pm. Please use the side Library entrance closest to the Jefferies Hall breezeway to enter the Library. The lockers will offer a timelier option for students to receive items from Amazon by allowing them to retrieve their packages whenever most convenient. Students and families can place orders via Amazon and have their packages delivered to the locker.
The process of having packages delivered to the locker is as follows:
- Select the “pickup” option when placing an order on the product page or during checkout
- Choose Amazon Locker – “NAME”
- Once a package is ready for pickup, an email confirmation will be sent to purchaser
- Users should bring their pick-up code (if applicable) to the locker location and follow the instructions on the locker
Packages must be retrieved from the locker within three days of delivery, or they will be returned to Amazon.
