Second Class of GCU Accelerated Nursing Program Students Graduate
The Hackensack Meridian Health School of Nursing and Wellness at GCU celebrated the graduation of 23 students who successfully completed the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (A.B.S.N.) program.
Georgian Court Alum Returns to Campus as Visiting Poet, Published Author, and Professor
Since graduating from Georgian Court with a B.A. in English Literature, Nicole Homer ‘08 has obtained multiple graduate degrees in English Literature and Fine Arts; served as a Professor of English at Mercer County Community College; and published her first book of poetry, Pecking Order.
Critical Concerns 2023: Women
This year’s critical concern is Women. The Sisters of Mercy remain committed to improving the situation of women around the world.
“We believe that women’s education, health and spirituality need special attention. We continue this mission in our schools, colleges, health-care institutions and spirituality centers. We advocate for equal pay, for services for domestic violence victims, and for the rights of girls and women in especially repressive societies.”
